Job summary

Bosch Charleston is seeking a Team Leader for hourly employees in Wastewater Treatment and Powerhouse to coordinate 24/7 coverage and drive performance improvements. You will lead safety-based operations, supervise technicians, and advance project work within the Facilities Construction and Maintenance (FCM) Team.

Ideal candidates have a technical degree, relevant operator license, and 2+ years of production/maintenance leadership, with SAP experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired; engineering is highly preferred.
• Must obtain a Class D State Phys/Chem treatment Operator License within 1 year.
• 2+ years of production/maintenance management experience.
• Familiarity with mechanical/electrical/control systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, EPA, DHEC, ICC, NEC.
• SAP knowledge is highly desired.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Team Leader for hourly employees in Wastewater Treatment (WWT) and Powerhouse (B105).
• Coordinate 24-hour coverage of WWT and B105, including 12-hour weekend coverage.
• Perform performance evaluations, promote career development, and develop training plans.
• Coordinate AMs/PMs for equipment and optimize technician time.
• Conduct 6S in B105 and WWT areas.
• Promote safety-first environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee facilities projects and maintenance with Contractors and the FCM team.
