• Lead worker over inmates or staff in semi-skilled and skilled maintenance tasks.
• Repair electrical components, fixtures, and cooling/heating system parts.
• Perform carpentry repairs on doors, cabinets, floors and walls.
• Repair plumbing equipment including pipes, fixtures and valves.
• Perform interior custodial duties and exterior grounds maintenance.
