Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Thorough knowledge of maintenance areas including electrical, mechanical and cleaning tasks.
• Desire for six months of service-industry experience; diverse maintenance background considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage routine cleaning, maintenance and repair activities.
• Supervise day/evening maintenance crew to ensure completion of tasks.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping and project monitoring.
• Lead ongoing and future projects and enforce safety procedures.
• Report accidents, hazards or policy violations to the GM, Maintenance Services.
