Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Kansas City to direct daily cleaning, maintenance and repair activities across our sites. You will supervise crews, manage timecards, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and maintenance experience; strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma; some college a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Ability to perform general repair, electrical, mechanical and cleaning maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise routine cleaning, maintenance and repair tasks.
• Manage day-to-day activities of maintenance projects; supervise crew and monitor timecards.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report hazards to General Manager Maintenance Services.
