Job Title: Lead Maintenance/1989 Main, Kansas City, MissouriReports To: Property ManagerPosition SummaryThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, physical condition, and safety of the community. This role leads the maintenance team, coordinates service requests and preventative maintenance programs, manages maintenance budgets, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations.
