Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in general maintenance.
• Schedule flexibility for weekends and emergencies.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and respond to service requests.
• Manage the “make-ready” process for vacant apartments.
• Inspect property daily for safety and cleanliness.
