Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, or coating processes.
• Formal training in Lean manufacturing methods and continuous flow.
• Strong team-building, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of fabrication and welding employees to meet production goals.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies throughout the department.
• Facilitate communication between production teams to ensure schedule alignment and customer satisfaction.
• Approve timecards, track attendance, and manage vacation requests for direct reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
