Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory or lead experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, scheduling, quality control, and shop operations.
• Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments; OSHA safety knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and production software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication shop operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Assign work, priorities, and balance labor to maximize productivity.
• Coach and develop employees and manage safety compliance.
