Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of welding knowledge.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Read and interpret complex prints and specifications.
• Train others in manufacturing per shop drawings.
• Keep accurate records and ensure quality.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily pre-shift meetings with the team.
