Atkore is seeking a Fabrication Machine Operator Lead for the 2nd shift in Cartersville, GA to supervise and assist a team, ensure safe startup and operation of multiple machines, and drive quality production with minimal downtime.

You will work with the Fabrication Supervisor, provide direction to operators, and participate in lean initiatives. The role demands a 10-hour shift, overtime when needed, and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and manuals.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
