Atkore is seeking a Fabrication Machine Operator Lead for the 2nd shift in Cartersville, GA. The role involves supervising operators, ensuring safe, efficient startup and operation of multiple machines, and driving quality production with minimal downtime.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience, the ability to read blueprints, and strong teamwork and analytical skills. This is an on-site position with potential overtime and a shift differential of $1/hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand and work a 10-hour shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a Machine Operator in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fabrication Machine Operator duties across shifts.
• Provide direction to other operators and cross-train in shop areas.
• Ensure safety controls, PPE use, and adherence to standardized work.
• Operate and monitor multiple machines to maintain quality and output.
