Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to stand and work a 10-hour shift in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Experience as a Machine Operator.
• Knowledge of Production Procedures.
• Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in Atkore’s safety program.
• Cross train in different shop areas as required.
• Ensure processes use safety controls and PPE.
• Follow standardized work in a fast-paced setting.
• Operate and monitor multiple machines to ensure quality production.
• Communicate with team to maintain continuous production of correct products at high quality.
