Job summary

Medtronic plc in Danvers, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician III, First Shift, to support extrusion operations in a highly regulated environment. The role requires independent troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical issues and collaboration with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.

You will lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, mentor teammates, apply Lean, 5S, TPM, and participate in qualifications and technology

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and process validation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for extrusion equipment, tooling, fixtures, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to minimize downtime and support production goals.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on extrusion equipment.
• Interpret schematics and engineering docs to execute advanced maintenance.
• Collaborate with Engineering on qualifications, process validations, and tech transfers.
• Apply Lean, 5S, TPM, and Operational Excellence to improve performance.
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
