Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an Extrusion Maintenance Technician III for 1st shift. This Electro-Mechanical role supports manufacturing operations by diagnosing and repairing equipment, performing setup changes, and maintaining/repairing components to keep lines running efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience, knowledge of Lock-Out/Tag-Out, and are willing to work standby and overtime. Training Level I Technicians is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of and experience with Lock-Out, Tag-Out procedures.
• Willingness to standby, work off-hours and overtime.
• Able to train Level I Technicians and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex electromechanical problems with manufacturing equipment.
• Perform detailed setup on equipment, including recipe changes and control adjustments.
• Repair and keep mechanical components in top operating condition.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks following instructions.
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs and repair related issues.
