Job summary

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure optimum performance of extrusion manufacturing equipment through preventive and routine maintenance. The role emphasizes adherence to safety and quality standards in a complex medical device environment.

You will diagnose mechanical issues, calibrate machinery, read blueprints and manuals, and participate in lockout-tagout procedures. This position requires a high school diploma and at least two years of hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 2 years practical hands-on experience is required.
• Ability to read & interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive & routine maintenance and inspection on all machines & equipment.
• Complete Lock/Out Tag Out of equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in equipment and machinery.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery settings for optimal performance.
• Complies with Company, Quality & Safety standards, policies, and procedures.
