American Trading International, Inc. (ATI) is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator - Export Documentation in Los Angeles to ensure accurate, compliant international shipments.

You will prepare invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and origin certificates, tracking status to meet deadlines. The role requires 2–4 years in logistics/export documentation, knowledge of international shipping, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of logistics/export documentation or related experience.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is preferred.
• Knowledge of international shipping and export documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, FDA documents, and country-specific export documents.
• Track document and order status to meet customer, carrier, and internal deadlines.
• Follow customer SOPs and international export-documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, customers, carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Identify documentation discrepancies and elevate delays or compliance risks.
• Support FDA filings, notarizations, legalizations, certificates, and telex releases.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready shipment records in SAP.
• Process documentation amendments and post-shipment corrections.
• Support timely invoice submission and month-end closing.
