Job summary

Allied Universal in New York is hiring a Canine Training Specialist. This role involves training Explosive Detection Canine Handlers in explosive detection and requires a minimum of two years of canine experience. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a detection canine handler and/or trainer.
• Must possess a working smartphone capable of receiving/accepting voice mails.
• Ability to obtain licensing from Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct explosives detection training for EDC canines/handlers.
• Develop and implement training programs for explosive detection.
• Supervise employees for policy observance and client requirement adherence.
