Job summary

Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks candidates with strong operational experience in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems to support test and analysis activities.

The role includes monitoring DT/OT missions, analyzing mission data, and delivering feedback to customers, with on-site execution and occasional travel. The position requires 5+ years of program or test management, knowledge of flight test principles, and the ability to learn EW concepts and ground radar systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Program or Test Management experience.
• Clear understanding of flight test principles and discipline.
• Willingness to learn EW/survivability testing concepts and ground radar systems.
• Excellent communications and analytical skills; computer skills and modeling tools knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs for test events, coordinating with customers, developing test scenarios and schedules, and writing test reports.
• Review EW systems, subsystems, and components to ensure proper test documentation and data collection requirements.
• Organize and lead ground and flight tests, briefing and debriefing sessions, and test execution.
• Provide Test Director and EW support for design reviews, test planning, and documentation creation and execution.
• Possess the ability to work in a remote environment with a highly motivated team.
