Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Electronic Warfare team, supporting ESM and EA/ECM systems. The role spans the entire product life cycle from concept to deployment, with responsibilities across requirements, design, and verification.

Ideal candidates have extensive SE leadership experience, embedded systems and SDR expertise, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines. A U.S. security clearance is expected or eligible.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands on systems engineering leadership experience.
• Experience with system design, development and test of ESM and EA / ECM in ground-based or aerial EW domains.
• Experience with embedded devices and Software Defined Radios (SDRs).
• Experience with system requirements creation, traceability, and verification/validation.
• Experience coordinating across disciplines to define and validate system requirements and design.
• Experience leading program teams through SE reviews and owning CDRLs (SRR, PDR, CDR).
• Excellent technical writing for white papers, proposals, trade studies, test plans/reports.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eligible for active U.S. Secret/Top Secret clearance.

• Lead SE reviews and manage associated CDRLs (SRR, PDR, CDR).
