Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking an Events Supervisor for LAZ Live at our venues, in a part-time, non-exempt capacity. You will lead frontline event teams, manage guest entry and ticket scanning, and ensure safe, welcoming experiences for attendees.

You’ll coach staff, conduct pre-event briefings, monitor operations, and coordinate with venue partners to maintain high service standards while adapting to dynamic event schedules.

Qualifications

• Requires supervision/leadership experience and strong customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline event operations before, during, and after events.
• Oversee guest entry, ushering, ticket scanning, and guest service functions.
• Ensure facilities are staffed and operationally prepared for events.
• Monitor guest flow and respond to operational challenges.
• Coach and develop frontline staff and conduct shift briefings.
