Job summary

LAZ Live is seeking an Events Manager to lead day-to-day event operations, guest services, and parking activities for premier venues. You will supervise supervisors and frontline staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences across all service areas.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on team development and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of management or senior supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in event operations, hospitality, or parking/venue management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and workforce management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily event operations for guest services interior services and parking.
• Manage event execution from preparation through post-event breakdown.
• Ensure operational plans are implemented effectively and consistently.
• Monitor event performance and address operational challenges.
• Coordinate resources, staffing, equipment, and deployment plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline team members.
