Job summary

LAZ Live is seeking an Events Manager to lead day-to-day event operations across guest services, interior services, and parking. You will oversee supervisors, coordinate staffing, and ensure a high standard of service and safety during all events.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years of management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Expect evenings, weekends, and peak periods with growth and incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of management or senior supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams in event operations, hospitality, entertainment, parking operations, guest services, venue management, or related industries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily event operations for guest services interior services, and parking.
• Manage event execution from preparation through post-event breakdown.
• Ensure operational plans are implemented effectively and consistently.
• Monitor event performance and address operational challenges.
• Coordinate resources, staffing, equipment, and deployment plans.
• Ensure payroll submissions and attendance records are accurate.
