LAZ Parking Midwest, LLC is seeking an Events Supervisor for live entertainment venues in the Denver area. The role leads event operations teams, ensures guest entry and services run smoothly, and upholds safety and client standards during events.

Ideal candidates show strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing event schedules. This part-time, non-exempt position offers growth, training, and team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline event operations teams from arrival to departure.
• Oversee guest entry, ushering, ticket scanning, wayfinding, and guest service.
• Ensure facilities and spaces are staffed and prepared.
• Monitor guest arrival/departure patterns for efficiency.
• Conduct pre-event meetings and shift briefings.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
