Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Events Manager to own planning, production, and execution of in-person, virtual, and livestreamed events up to 1,000 attendees. You will work with internal teams, partners, speakers, VIPs, and vendors to ensure flawless events from start to finish.

You will lead timelines, run-of-show, risk plans, vendor coordination, and budgeting, while mentoring junior staff and supporting long-term event strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong event planning and project management experience.
• Experience managing events from planning through execution.
• Excellent budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with VIPs, partners, and stakeholders.
• Experience with virtual/livestream event technology (Zoom, Facebook Live, YouTube Live).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and livestreamed events.
• Manage events from 40 to 1,000 attendees.
• Develop timelines, run-of-show, and contingency plans.
• Coordinate vendors for catering, AV, venues, and more.
• Communicate with speakers, VIPs, guests, and participants.
• Manage budgets and reconcile expenses.
• Maintain guest lists and support event marketing.
• Troubleshoot issues before and during events.
• Mentor junior staff and support long-term planning.
