Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to Event Security Guard teams during events.
• Direct and support supervisors on staffing, guest concerns, and operational decisions.
• Monitor staff performance, ensure policy compliance, and escalate issues as needed.
• Serve as escalation point for security, safety, guest, and operational concerns.
• Assist in development and execution of security policies and procedures.
• Lead training for security staff on procedures and equipment (x-ray, magnetometers, wands).
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Security Management.
