• Ability to lead small teams, train staff, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for daily supervision and leadership of event security officers.
• Lead and develop frontline colleagues to deliver safe, high‑quality guest experiences.
• Assess, train, evaluate, and coach staff using company programs and prior experience.
• Respond to security incidents and medical emergencies with sound judgment and urgency.
• Maintain incident reports, logs, schedules, and documentation for continuity.
• Coordinate with Facilities and other teams to ensure readiness and cleanliness of spaces.
• Support special operations, site advances, VIP walkthroughs, and crowd management as needed.
