Job summary

Atlas Travel & Technology Group is seeking a Meeting & Event Manager to oversee all aspects of meetings, incentives, conventions, or events. The role includes on-site support, strategic planning, and leading internal teams for full event management.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in event services, strong leadership, and a proven track record in negotiating contracts with suppliers; travel up to 25% is required, with nights/weekends as events dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of recent industry experience.
• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• CMP certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of meetings, incentives, conventions, or events.
• Lead internal teams on full event management programs.
• Negotiate contracts with hotels, venues and suppliers.
• Develop realistic project timelines and budgets.
• Provide post-event ROI analysis and cost reconciliation.
