Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of event technology experience with specialty in Audio, Lighting, Projection, or Video.
• 3-4 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• External applicants must meet training and certifications within 60 days of start date.
• Internal applicants must meet training requirements as determined by Encore’s program.
• Able to interact professionally with a diverse workforce and senior management.
• Valid driver’s license; DOT requirements may apply.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced audiovisual equipment for events, including setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor and develop technical and operations staff; stay current with technology and trends.
• Supervise and direct technicians during events.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, inventory, and forecasting of needs.
