Job summary

Pinnacle Live at Fontainebleau Miami Beach seeks an Event Services Supervisor to lead floor operations, set-up, removal and operation of AV equipment in a hotel setting while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 2–3 years of AV/hospitality experience, strong technical aptitude, and superb communication. You will supervise labor, coordinate with clients, and ensure inventory is secure and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• Two to three years prior experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Two years advanced audio and visual experience in a theatrical or live event environment.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-union, union and contract labor to ensure all setup and strikes are completed to standards.
• Greet guests and provide clear instructions on equipment operation.
• Maintain client communication to ensure event success and satisfaction.
• Ensure inventory integrity and safe equipment handling.
• Document client event details in the billing/event order system.
