Molex Connected Mobility in Grand Blanc, MI seeks a Testing & Validation Manager to lead environmental EV/DV/PV validation, EMC, certification, and prototype processes. You will guide R&D testing initiatives, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure compliant, well-documented validation workflows across programs.

The role requires a engineering degree and 3+ years of leadership in product validation, with hands-on lab testing experience and strong cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or related engineering field.
• 3+ years of experience leading direct or indirect reports and managing cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on experience setting up or executing lab-based tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise environmental EV/DV/PV validation and testing activities.
• Oversee EMC, certification, homologation and prototype processes to meet milestones and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, external labs, and certification bodies to support compliant testing and documentation flow.
• Promote and maintain quality and safety standards across validation activities.
• Lead R&D testing initiatives to support early failure detection during development.
• Track certification status and communicate risks and progress to stakeholders.
