Job summary

ATC Drivetrain LLC in Holland, MI is seeking an EV Battery Manufacturing Validation Engineer to develop, validate, deploy, and continually improve battery testing, manufacturing, repair, and reporting systems across high-volume production lines and flexible cells.

The role requires hands-on validation, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive engineering changes, program launches, and data-driven improvements using SQL, Python, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Experience developing manufacturing, validation, testing, quality, and reporting systems from concept through production.
• Experience supporting rapid program launches and frequent engineering changes.
• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) experience preferred.
• Experience using SQL, Python, Minitab, MATLAB, or Power BI to convert data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, deploy, and continuously improve battery testing, manufacturing, repair, and reporting systems.
• Support multiple customer programs simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
• Drive engineering changes and process development to scale operations.
• Collaborate across engineering, operations, quality, and maintenance to resolve issues.
