Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in automotive validation, testing, or related engineering fields.
• Experience creating and maintaining validation documentation and DV&V activities.
• Strong leadership and project management skills; effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage test plans (DVP&Rs) for window regulators.
• Submit test requests and manage execution of test plans.
• Coordinate validation readiness across PM, PE, Manufacturing Eng, and labs.
• Coordinate inter-laboratory validation testing with internal and external labs.
• Support RFQs, future planning, and interpretation of results.
• Be SME on lab ISO/IEC17025, LIMS, and TIR processes.
