Job summary

Renewable Properties, LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the construction of our EV fleet depot projects, including high-power charging and related infrastructure, from pre-construction through commercial operation. You will collaborate with engineers, lawyers, contractors, utilities, landowners, investors, and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in EV charging infrastructure, strong civil/electrical construction experience, and a track record delivering depot projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in EV charging infrastructure or fleet/depot development.
• Experience in civil and electrical construction from dirt to paved lots.
• Familiarity with high-power DC fast charging design and interconnection processes.
• Proven experience negotiating transactions.
• Understanding of environmental and utility regulatory environments.
• Experience budgeting and scheduling development/construction.
• Process improvement to enhance workflows and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with vendors and contractors for EV fleet depot and charging projects.
• Manage RFP processes to select partners at favorable prices.
• Lead internal/external engineering resources on site layouts and electrical issues.
• Support customer-facing negotiations and provide project updates with strong organization and communication.
• Negotiate EPC contracts with vendors and partners.
• Manage contractors and vendors to achieve on-time, on-budget commercial operation.
• Coordinate interconnection and make-ready processes for high-power charging.
• Support financing by providing information to investors and updating stakeholders.
