Qualifications

• 4-5 years of electrical experience.

• Willingness to travel throughout Los Angeles and surrounding counties.
• Commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct day-to-day operations for 3-5 installation crews across multiple sites.
• Own execution of construction tasks, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Collaborate with engineering to review plans and diagrams for EV projects.
• Schedule site walks, inspections, and final project handoffs.
• Mentor installers and lead technicians toward certification and leadership.
