Utilities One in the United States is seeking an experienced EV Project Manager to lead renewable infrastructure projects, including EV charging (L2 and DCFC), batteries, and solar where applicable. You will coordinate field teams, customers, and subcontractors, providing timely updates and managing schedules and budgets.

The role requires 3–5+ years in project management within construction or renewables, strong Excel and reporting skills, and the ability to travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure, electrical contracting, renewable energy, or a related field.
• Experience with EV charging infrastructure including L2 and DC fast charging.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects while maintaining accurate status and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customers and leadership.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily communication with active construction sites to understand status, work, risks, and issues.
• Capture project information accurately in reporting systems, including milestones and schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for customers with clear, proactive status updates.
• Coordinate internally across construction, operations, engineering, procurement, and leadership.
• Maintain detailed schedules and identify delays, developing recovery plans with teams.
• Identify risks and drive resolution before impacting schedule, cost, or satisfaction.
