Utilities One is seeking a Renewables Construction Manager to lead EV charging station builds across the United States, overseeing civil and electrical work, coordinating with design, operations, and commissioning teams, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

This role requires 5+ years in construction management with EV charging experience, strong coordination capabilities, and willingness to travel to job sites nationwide to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience, with at least 2+ years in EV charging projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and civil construction methods and safety compliance.
• Ability to manage contractors, schedules, and budgets effectively.
• Willingness to travel to job sites and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction management for EV charging station builds (civil and electrical scopes).
• Coordinate with design/engineering, operations, and commissioning teams to align on scope and schedule.
• Enforce safety programs and jobsite compliance (tailboards, JHAs, stop-work authority).
• Oversee quality control: inspections, testing coordination, punch lists, as-builts, closeout docs.
• Control project cost and schedule: forecasts, change orders, material tracking, invoices.
