Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex commercial land development and EV Infrastructure projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate multi-discipline teams, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to deliver high-quality results.

You will provide leadership and mentorship, manage project plans, and ensure documentation and contractual obligations are met while advancing our EV charging and energy storage initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong knowledge of utility service requirements and interconnection processes.
• Experience in project management for multi-service, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for multiple EV Infrastructure projects and clients.
• Manage stakeholder relationships internal and external.
• Coordinate and manage project teams with effective communication.
• Develop and implement project plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Oversee deliverables to meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Track project health and take corrective action as necessary.
• Manage uncertainty, scope creep, and change orders.
• Ensure timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
• Support electrical engineering aspects of EV charging facilities and energy storage projects.
• Review utility service/interconnection requirements and manage related applications.
• Coordinate with civil, geotechnical, structural engineers and surveyors.
