Job summary

TSMG is seeking Senior Technicians to lead complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicle platforms. The role emphasizes high-voltage safety, hands-on expertise, and mentoring junior technicians during shifts.

Applicants should have 5+ years as automotive technicians, EV/system experience, and fluency in English. OEM EV platform certification is a plus, and willingness to work rotating shifts including 24/7 operations is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Experience with electric vehicles or advanced automotive systems preferred.
• OEM certification (e.g., Jaguar, Hyundai, or equivalent EV platforms) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of EV systems, including high-voltage safety, battery systems, and drivetrains.
• Experience with diagnostics tools and vehicle software systems.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts, including 24/7 operations.
• Fluent English; German or Swedish depending on location is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on electric and autonomous vehicle systems.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure readiness and reliability.
• Update software, calibrations, and configurations as required.
• Support installation, replacement, and testing of hardware and software components for autonomous driving systems.
• Act as the technical lead during shifts, providing guidance and escalation support to junior technicians.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work meets safety, quality, and technical standards.
• Document all work, diagnostics, and system updates.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth vehicle flow and minimal downtime.
• Follow safety procedures when working with high-voltage EV systems.
• Support continuous improvement of technical processes and maintenance workflows.
