Qualifications

• Experience leading estimating/bid processes for landscape projects.
• Ability to gather take-off data and create bid estimates.
• Strong collaboration with sales and project teams to ensure profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bid process from RFP to final presentation to senior leadership.
• Update and maintain bid schedules on a timely basis.
• Gather, calculate, and compile take-off data for bid estimates.
• Review estimates for completeness and accuracy from start to finish.
• Develop and refine estimates for landscape maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation.
• Provide expert advice on enhancement and irrigation estimates, including repairs and construction.
• Analyze and improve estimating processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in bid reviews to align with profitability and growth strategies.
• Maintain resource information on products, vendors, and government requirements.
• Stay current on industry standards and contracts.
