The Estimating Manager will oversee the estimating process for all landscape maintenance, enhancement, and irrigation projects. In addition to managing a small, close-knit team, this role requires experience and expertise in providing guidance on enhancement and irrigation estimates, including irrigation repairs and landscape construction. The Lead Estimator will work collaboratively with the sales team to streamline bids and ensure project profitability while aligning with company growth objectives

- r.Develop, review, and refine estimates for landscape maintenance, enhancements, and irrigation projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals on Gross Margin and Net Profit
