Job summary

Rine Landscape Group is seeking an Estimator to deliver accurate estimates for high-end residential landscape renovations and large estate installations, including hardscape, planting, drainage, lighting, irrigation, and outdoor living spaces.

You will prepare takeoffs, manage LMN-based estimates, and develop templates and libraries to improve accuracy and efficiency across projects. This role supports procurement, preconstruction planning, and transition meetings with sales and production.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years estimating experience in landscape design-build or related trades.
• Proficient in LMN by Granum – critical evaluation criterion for this role.
• Strong quantity takeoff skills and ability to build estimates from plans.
• Experience developing or maintaining estimating templates and production libraries.
• Experience estimating high-end residential landscape projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates from drawings, specs, and project data.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, and costs.
• Build and manage estimates using LMN by Granum.
• Develop estimating templates, libraries, and assemblies.
• Prepare proposal support documents for sales.
