Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a BVG Estimator to review plans and prepare bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects. You will gather take-off data, compile cost estimates, and maintain supplier price information under the supervision of the manager.

Proficiency with HCSS, MS Office, On-Screen Take-Off, and strong communication skills are required. Prior landscaping estimating experience and bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in the landscaping industry, with estimating and managing landscape and irrigation projects.
• Experience with HCSS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, calculate, and compile take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates.
• Prepare routine estimates and detailed cost estimates for ancillary projects under the supervision of the manager.
• Maintain current and accurate information on prices from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Utilize standard estimate computer software to present information to management.
• Demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity.
