Job summary

Jobot seeks a dynamic Senior Estimator to lead cost estimation and bidding for demolition, dirt work, concrete, asphalt, and finish grade projects in Las Vegas. You will use Bid2Win and Trimble software to prepare detailed, competitive bids and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in estimating, strong analytical and negotiating skills, and the ability to read technical drawings while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years as an estimator in construction.
• Experience with demolition, dirt work, concrete, asphalt, and finish grade.
• Proficiency with Bid2Win, Trimble, and HeavyBid software.
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and county construction regulations.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates and bids for a wide range of construction projects.
• Review and interpret project plans, specs, and contracts.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and architects during estimation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Use Bid2Win and Trimble software to manage estimates and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
