The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in detailed bid summaries using Bid2Win.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within construction.
• Experience with concrete, roadway and highway operations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and overseeing plant operations.
• Proficiency in creating detailed bid summaries.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Experience with Bid2Win or similar estimating software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed estimates incorporating concrete, construction, roadway, and highway operations.
• Oversee plant operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to align with project objectives and timelines.
• Create comprehensive bid summaries with all costs and timelines.
• Ensure DOT regulations are followed in all operations.
• Develop and enforce health and safety protocols across sites.
• Utilize Bid2Win software to streamline estimating and bidding processes.
