Enterprise Aggregate Company in Las Vegas is seeking a dynamic Senior Estimator to lead detailed cost estimates and competitive bids for demolition, dirt work, concrete, asphalt, and finish grade. You will leverage Bid2Win and Trimble expertise to drive accurate estimates in a fast-growing firm.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in estimation, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with federal and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as an estimator in construction.
• Strong ability to review plans, specs, and contracts and prepare bids.
• Proficiency with bid2win, Trimble and HeavyBid software and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates and bids for a range of construction projects.
• Review plans, specifications and contracts to ensure alignment with scopes and budgets.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and architects during estimation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Utilize bid2win and Trimble software to manage and track estimates.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and county regulations on projects.
• Participate in bid negotiations and contract reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends and construction tech advancements.
• Mentor junior estimators.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and bids for various construction projects, including demolition, dirt work, concrete, asphalt, and finish grade. 9. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior estimators.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience with demolition, dirt work, concrete, asphalt, and finish grade.
3. Proficiency in bid2win, trimble, and Heavybid software.
4. Solid understanding of federal, state, and county construction regulations.
5. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
6. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
9. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Professional Estimator Certification (PEC) will be an added advantage.
