Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within construction.
• Experience in concrete, roadway, and highway operations.
• Experience with subcontractor management and overseeing plant operations.
• Proficient in creating detailed bid summaries.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Strong health and safety protocol commitment.
• Experience with Bid2Win or similar estimating software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Providing detailed estimates that incorporate concrete, construction, roadway, and highway operations.
• Managing all aspects of plant operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project objectives and timelines.
• Creating comprehensive bid summaries, incorporating all project costs and timelines.
• Ensuring all operations comply with DOT regulations.
• Implementing and overseeing strict health and safety protocols, ensuring all staff adhere to these standards.
• Utilizing Bid2Win software to streamline the estimating and bidding process.
• Managing all aspects of the project from inception to completion, ensuring all objectives are met within the specified timeline and budget.
