EPC Consultants LLC is seeking an Estimator II to independently develop substantial estimate scopes for heavy civil and energy-sector projects. You will analyze quantities, pricing, and risks to produce competitive bids, while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

The role starts remotely and will transition to an Austin, Texas office. Occasional travel for site visits and preconstruction activities is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field or equivalent.
• Two (2) or more years of construction estimating experience.
• Experience independently developing significant estimate components and documentation.
• Experience interpreting construction plans, specs, bid documents, and technical information.

Responsabilités

• Develop and coordinate substantial estimate scopes from review through bid completion.
• Analyze quantities, labor, equipment, materials, subcontractor pricing, and risk.
• Build complete, traceable estimate structures and cost components.
• Present findings and recommendations during estimate and bid reviews.
• Coordinate with operations and project teams to validate production and site conditions.
• Support estimate-to-operations handoffs by communicating scope and risks.
