Job summary

North Wind Group is seeking a Senior Estimator in Idaho Falls, Idaho or Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in estimating, especially with design-build projects. Responsibilities include managing estimators, conducting RFP reviews, and ensuring effective bid strategies.

North Wind offers a supportive environment and values diverse perspectives among its employees. The position requires some travel (0-25%) and the ability to obtain government clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of lead estimator experience is required.
• Experience with design-build project delivery format is required.
• Experience in developing comprehensive scopes of work based on concept-level bidding documents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RFP reviews and develop project estimates.
• Manage a small estimate team consisting of Estimator I's and II's.
• Participate in business development & networking activities.
