Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an estimator to prepare detailed project estimates from drawings and specifications. You will lead bid packages for Lump Sum, GMP, or Cost Plus contracts, and manage document control across the project team.

In this role you will liaise with trade partners, the design team, and the client to ensure accurate scope and bid alignment. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience are expected, with strong MS Office and estimating software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Proficient in estimating documents and qualitative/quantitative analysis.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates from drawings/specs, including quantity take-offs and analysis.
• Assemble bids for Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost Plus contracts.
• Lead document management and distribute information to stakeholders.
• Liaise with trade partners, design team, and clients; manage partner scope.
