Cumming Group in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Senior Estimating Manager for pharma construction to lead estimate development, budget planning, and cost control. You will interface with clients, manage project plans, and coordinate with cost management teams to ensure on‑budget delivery.

The role requires a BS in a related field, CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED certifications, and extensive experience with Prolog, Expedition, and Primavera. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• Certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED.
• Experience with quantity take-off and cost estimating.
• Familiarity with project controls tools (Prolog, Expedition, Primavera).
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Project Management Plan and fee budget/proposal at project outset.
• Perform quantity take-off and prepare estimates using Excel, BIMs, Revit, Success.
• Coordinate with cost management for estimates and budget reconciliation.
• Maintain project budgets for current and forecasted expenditures.
• Drive permitting process and ensure alignment with client documents.
